Our Swanage Retreat

Our beautiful holiday home is situated on Swanage Coastal Park, where visitors can enjoy the views, walks, and outdoor activities.

On the park, only a short distance away from the caravan there is a lovely, safely fenced off children's playground to keep the youngsters busy, as well as laundrette facilities.

In Reception you will find handy guides and local information.

Swanage coastal park is a quiet, relaxing park but there is easy access to next door Swanage bay view holiday park to make use of its bar, gym and swimming pool. (Normal public charges apply)

The caravan has spacious decking to relax on while taking in the picturesque sea views to the front of the caravan and stunning views of the rolling Purbeck hills to the left.

Inside it is fully equipped with everything you may need for a happy, memorable stay.

 

Bedroom 1 With Ensuite:

This main bedroom features a king-size bed, and ample wardrobe and storage space. All bedding and linen will be provided for your stay. Connected to the bedroom is an ensuite wc and vanity sink.

 

Bedroom 2

The twin bedroom in the static caravan layout typically features two single beds arranged parallel to each other, allowing for separate sleeping spaces, or the beds can be pushed together if required. The beds are equipped with comfortable mattresses. All bedding and linen will be provided for your stay.

 

Living Area:

The living area serves as a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. Furnished with reclining chair and comfy sofa which can also be pulled out to a sofa bed - Guests are required to bring their own linen for this if they wish to use it.

There is a large smart tv with access to all the usual freeview channels and if required netflix, amazon prime etc.. You will need to have your own account for these and sign in details. There is also a radio/cd player with bluetooth connection.

This area provides a cozy atmosphere for you to unwind after a long day. Large French doors and long windows from the lounge area allow for an open and airy feel within the caravan.

 

Kitchen:

The caravan's kitchen is designed for both functionality and style. It features modern appliances, including a large integrated fridge/freezer, microwave and airfryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils, making it convenient for occupants to prepare and enjoy meals. A dining table also finishes of the kitchen area with 4 dining chairs to enjoy your meals.

Bathroom

In the bathroom, there is a shower , with a modern and efficient shower enclosure. The toilet is a standard flush toilet, and the sink is a stylish and functional basin with a vanity mirror above, and a cabinet for storage of toiletries and personal item, - guests need to bring their own towels.

Decking Area:

Accessible directly from the caravan's living area through French doors, the caravan features an expansive secure decking area that seamlessly extends from the caravan's living space. This is a private outdoor space where you can soak up the sun, enjoy al fresco dining, or simply breathe in the fresh sea air. The decking is perfect for morning coffees or evening stargazing, providing a peaceful retreat right outside your door.
